Thanks for your interest in participating in our wine festival.
Caledon and the Chesapeake Bay Wine Trail are sponsoring the event
and it will be held on the grounds of the Caledon Natural area in
King George County.
There are many wine lovers associated with each winery on the trail and this gives them an opportunity to enjoy an entertaining day with their family and friends. There are child-friendly activities too. The event will be highly publicized and we hope you will promote the event through your web page and email newsletters..

There will be plenty of parking in the preferred parking area for vendors and we are handicap accessible.
We want everyone to enjoy the event so please note some of the important points of the application. No pets are permitted on the grounds or left in vehicles. Ice is
not available for purchase. No electricity is available.
Inappropriate items are not permitted.
Food vendors will need a King George County Health Dept. permit.
The Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival will include food, educational, craftsmen, and artists. All participants who are selling items will pay booth fees as noted below. Businesses who would like to promote their business either through direct sales or distribution of literature will pay booth fees as noted below.
Non-profit participants who are not selling products but will provide educational displays will not pay a fee but need to register.
Food vendors needing an electrical hook-up will pay an
additional $25. fee and need to check with management for
availability before registering.
